In general orders are dispatched within 3 days after they are received,as our products are made fresh to order, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow one week for delivery within the UK and up to a month worldwide.

Orders to overseas locations are subject to delivery charges as set out here. We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.
European Delivery - 5-7 Working Days - £7.00 ( up to 500g ) £8.45 (up to 1000 g )
Worldwide Delivery- 7-10 Working Days - £8.00 ( up to 500g ) £13.20 ( up to 1000g )
Delivery costs are based on single items and weight, multiple items will cost more if items are over the standard size and weight.
How do I return an item?
All items bought from LunaLevitas come with a 30 day money back guarantee. This means you can return your product to us within 30 days of receipt and are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:
Product is sub standard upon receipt
Product becomes sub standard after a short period of time.
Incorrect size/color ordered or sent.
All purchases in the UK are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations which means that any purchase can be refunded within 7 days of receipt of your goods no questions asked as long as you return the item back to us.
Before returning any item please follow the correct procedure, as failure to do so may mean that your right to return will be rejected.
To make a returns claim please see the following steps
1. Log into the site, then go to My Account.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to the item.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

After the steps have been followed you will be issued the instructions for return of items.
Items damaged by not following the correct storage and care instructions are exempt from the guarantee
In the event of returns, we cannot cover costs of postage for returns.
Refunds given are for the original purchase price +postage only.
We regret to inform that items lost in transit will only be replaced and not refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel any return claims if we feel that the instructions have not been followed.
